Lebra Ascend
- Added AI support to the Domains/Standards comment boxes in the Observation Modal, allowing users to “clean up” notes efficiently.
- Added the ability for teachers to save their PDPs as drafts, similar to the draft/save functionality available for observation notes, allowing them to return and complete it later.

- Added rating scales to summative evaluations, ensuring teachers can accurately assess whether they meet the criteria for Idaho’s career ladder advancement.
- Updated terminology from “PDP” to “IPLP” (Individual Professional Learning Plan) to align with the official state-required goal-setting plan.
- Fixed an issue where sequences (e.g., 1.a, 1.b, 1.c) were misaligned in Ascend, including within summative evaluations. Sequences now display correctly.
- Added the ability to customize and delete roles within the platform. For example, roles like “Taecher” can now be corrected or removed as needed.
- Fixed an issue where the number of people displayed in the macro view of a group didn’t match the actual count inside. For example, group totals now accurately reflect the number of members listed within.
- Added a field on each individual’s contact page allowing users to input a preferred first name. This name now overrides the legal name throughout the system, ensuring personalized display across Lebra.
- Added Google SSO on the iOS mobile app, enabling faster and more secure sign-ins.
- Updated employee listings within Groups to be alphabetically sorted by last name, replacing the previous random order. This makes group management clearer and more intuitive.

- Resolved an issue where users encountered the error message “Too many connections issued to the database” when uploading policies in OrgAI. File uploads now process reliably without triggering database connection errors.
August 2025
- Resolved an issue where notes added to an employee’s contact page were visible on the web app but not appearing in the mobile app. Notes now display correctly across both platforms.
Lebra Ascend
- Fixed an issue in the Observations section, under ‘General Observation Feedback,’ where the “Compose with Lebra” feature generated the same response regardless of the prompt entered. The function now correctly adapts to the user’s input, providing contextually relevant and concise responses both in Observations and under the Growth section.
- Addressed an issue where content from notes wasn’t consistently pulled on the first attempt. The system now reliably uses the user’s input to generate accurate suggestions and feedback on the initial try.
- Updated the Ascend Homepage to make it more user-friendly. Users can now see overall data alongside a list of their people, with key details displayed for each. Names in the list are clickable, allowing direct access to more detailed information without needing to use the search bar.
- Fixed the hover behavior on teacher observations. The cursor now accurately reflects clickable items, reducing confusion. Users can still access full observation details via the three-dot menu, but the interface now better communicates which actions are available.
